Appearance

Amber/Red color with med-high carbonation.

Nose

Caramel sweetness on the nose with hints of pecan and toffee.

Mouthfeel

Carbonation washes easily over the tongue and has a full bodied finish.

Tasting Notes

Flavors of caramel, nut, and toasted bread are highly present. Finishes slightly spicy with a hint of raisin but well balanced.

The Inspiration:

The first craft beer style Haley, our brand manager, really latched onto was the Red Ale. Because of this we thought it would be fun to make a Red Ale that specifically catering to her palate. The “Red Headed Haley” was the result and it has since become a go to style for us because of everything it offers. Malty and delicious, this Red Ale is perfect for Fall.
