Appearance
Light-Medium golden color, straw, medium carbonation. Although Kolsch is usually clear, ours is slightly cloudy b/c it’s an unfiltered beer.
Nose
Low hop aroma with faint malt and lemon aroma.
Mouthfeel
Carbonation gives a good clean coating, finishes dry.
Tasting Notes
Solid beer with good base malt characteristics, hints of lemongrass from the hops, med-dry finish with hop pop at the end.
Food Pairing
Damn near anything. Great with grilled foods, chicken and fish dishes, and Mexican.
